HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Our Security Deposits are typically $100 more than one month’s rent. It is due at the time of signing a Rental Agreement.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR LEASES?
Our Rental Agreements start August 1st and continue until the following July 25th. Please note there are a few exceptions if we have a vacant unit or newly purchased unit we need to fill. We do not offer 6 month or month-to-month leases.
IS SUBLEASING ALLOWED?
No. We no longer allow subleasing which is stated in our Rental Agreement. You will be committed to the full term of the Rental Agreement.
HOW DO WE GET RENT TO YOU?
Rent is collected via ACH (Direct Debit) ONLY.
WHEN IS RENT DUE? IS THAT FLEXIBLE, AND WHEN IS IT CONSIDERED LATE?
Rent is debited from your account on the 1st of each month. If your rent is not received on the 1st, it is considered late, and a fee will be charged to you.
DO YOU ACCEPT MULTIPLE PAYMENTS FOR ONE UNIT’S RENT?
No. We only accept one payment from each rental unit.
MY CURRENT LEASE IS UP BEFORE AUGUST 1 ST, CAN I MOVE IN EARLY?
No. All move-ins with ERP, LLC start at 8:00am on August 1st .
HOW MUCH DO UTILITIES USUALLY RUN?
To find out how much utilities will run for the property you are interested in renting, feel free to call the utility companies. They will be able to give you an average monthly amount for the past two years; all you need to provide is the property address.
